EssentialParts.com offers free standard ground shipping on qualifying online orders over $250.00 shipped within the Continental United States.

Free Shipping Terms:

  • Valid only on orders placed directly through www.essentialparts.com
  • Applies to standard ground shipping service only
  • Available within the Continental United States only
  • Does not apply to expedited or freight shipments
  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and international shipments
  • Certain oversized, hazardous, custom, or freight-class items may not qualify

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most in-stock orders ship within one (1) business day of receipt.

Orders received during standard business hours are frequently shipped the same day, depending on inventory availability and carrier pickup schedules.

Orders placed:

  • After normal carrier cutoff times
  • On weekends
  • On holidays

will be processed on the next business day.

Carrier selection is determined by Essential Parts unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • U.S. territories
  • International destinations

may require additional freight charges, longer transit times, customs processing, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

International customers are solely responsible for:

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Large, oversized, or palletized orders may ship via freight carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Ensuring delivery site accessibility
  • Notifying Essential Parts of any delivery restrictions or special requirements

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Residential delivery
  • Liftgate service
  • Limited access locations
  • Re-delivery attempts
  • Storage fees
  • Missed delivery appointments

Customers must inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

Visible shipping damage or shortages must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to Essential Parts within five (5) business days.


Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Essential Parts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Customs delays
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Government actions
  • Acts of God
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays resulting from carrier or external issues outside Essential Parts’ control.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery.

Claims related to:

  • Shipping damage
  • Missing items
  • Lost packages
  • Incorrect quantities

must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping discrepancies within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with carrier claims or shipment investigations.

Essential Parts may require:

  • Photos of packaging and product damage
  • Retention of packaging materials
  • Carrier inspection documentation
  • Signed delivery records

Refused Shipments & Returned Packages

Customers who refuse shipments or provide incorrect shipping information may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Re-delivery charges
  • Applicable restocking fees

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or address errors may be treated as standard returns under the company’s Return Policy.


Title & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers may be required to cooperate with carrier claims investigations when applicable.
